  When the ceremony ends, your duties begin. This is what the master of the show pointed out. Main goal as host and hostess at the wedding reception will be to greet the guests. Leave the church or ceremony site well in advance of the guests to assure that you arrive promptly to the reception site. If possible, ask before the wedding day if anything needs to be transported to the reception. When you get there, check in and ask if any assistance is needed with the tables or decorations.

Greet the guests graciously and introduce yourself if you don't know them. Point them in the direction of the guestbook and gift table. Later on, you can kick back and have some fun. Try to keep an eye on the door and meet any late arrivals to give them a quick update.

When planning a wedding, the bride and groom have the time-honored task of choosing people they care about to be a part of their wedding party. Each position is an honor and has a unique set of duties.

This is what my friends doing as of now, Entertaining people while the show must go on. I've met this couples as host and hostess in my niece 18th birthday and this two is not only good in hosting but good singer as well.

 Since host and hostess knows everything about  their job it is important to  maintain the harmony, the sacred and formality of the program. However, the succeed of the wedding ceremony is in the hands of the host. If the master of the show doesn't know what to do the entire program will be dead. It is also important a presence of mind, smart poise, active, and energetic as well. Make some joke to make the whole guest alive. Let the guest participate to the program and do some tricks for them.

Good day fellas,  First, let me say that I was planning on doing my next inspiration series post. I’ve been trying to rehash my planning experience as it happened, for the most part, but this next “shout out” doesn’t fall into that sequence. Now that I’m so close to my wedding event days, this event has really been a huge part and I think anyone looking for a wedding planner or coordinator should know about mine.

As with all other wedding vendors, word of mouth is always good, bridal shows or ask other wedding vendors about coordinators that they've seen at other weddings. Call first and see if you like them over the phone. If you don't then don't bother wasting time with the appointment.

• A professional wedding coordinator will have taken a wedding coordinator /consultant /planner course and   have a diploma to show for it.
• Call the organization on the certificate to make sure that it existsl.
• Is the coordinator organized?
• Do you feel comfortable with them?
• Are they friendly?
• Do they know their stuff?
• Does they have any references?
• How long have they been in business?
• Are they within your budget?
• Are they computer literate?

After finding a good Wedding Coordinator the next question is how about the budget? Budget to pay my Wedding Coordinator. Is my budget enough? Is there any packages to choice from?

Consultation only: This is like a mini wedding planning course, best taken at the beginning of your planning. The coordinator won't be at your wedding but will teach you the skills to planning your own day. Some will charge by the hour, others by the meeting. You can book one meeting only or go back as many times as you like.

Planning Preparation: Along with consultation they will save you time by listening to your needs and booking appointments for you with vendors, that meet those needs.

• They contact these vendors and describe what you want, what your budget is, if they're available on your date. This way the vendors already know about you when you walk in the door.
• They will help you put together a wedding binder, making it easier to keep track of things.
• They will make a floor plan for the vendors and a wedding day schedule.

Full Wedding Day Package: A coordinator can be hired for the wedding day alone. She will direct the events of the day and make sure everyone around you is doing their job. Should any emergencies happen she will take care of them. Although a coordinator is hired for one days work, in actual fact they have been working on your wedding, anywhere from 30-50 hours before the day actually get there, getting prepared. You should meet with the coordinator at least once if not twice to go over the details of your wedding. Any coordinator that says no meeting are needed isn't a professional.
