1. Why do I need coordinator?  After all, I’m organized?

Answer: Your wedding is likely the largest, most elaborate party that you will ever plan. An experienced wedding coordinator works to assist you all details on your wedding day and most importantly the wedding day you plan that you may enjoy, instead of work that day. Don’t underestimate the amount of time she will save you, which is what makes this service most valuable to busy bride. A coordinator  is an absolute necessity on the day of your wedding. If not, Do you want to line-up your wedding party? Check the arrival of Principal Sponsors? Do you want to pin corsages to your Principal sponsors? Do you make sure guests are all seated? 2. With Friends and Family willing to help, Why should I hire a Coordinator?

Answer: Although that is very sweet gesture of showing support, well meaning friends and family member are not trained for that. When you hire a coordinator, all details of wedding preparations are worked out in advance so  that no important details are forgotten. The coordinator then carries out the wishes of bride during  her  wedding day and leaves the bride, her mother and friends free to enjoy the day. After all your wedding is for them also to cherish. Now, if  you are pretty sure that your chosen friends and relatives can handle the wedding details and very much willing to work during the day, we encourage you not to hire a coordinator anymore. 3.Would I be sure that my wedding is perfect if I hired Coordinator? Answer: We don’t  want to give you a politician speech here. Truth is, there is no perfect  wedding but there is  such thing as Wonderful Wedding  and that is what we are always  trying to achieve. Wonderful Weddings  are ultimately the result  of two happy people celebrating one great love in the company of their great families and friends so never mind if  the cake doesn’t taste good,  the flowers are not kind your expect and the venue how it big or small. People will forget all those stuff easily  until  they see your two smiling radiantly and celebrating this joyous moment feeling the air with love …well, I bet they’ll say “how wonderful their wedding is.”

Wedding Day Assistant Sometimes those last-minute jitters set in, even after all the vendors have been hired, contracts signed and invitations sent out. You think you have all your bases covered but would like someone who has professionally planned weddings on a regular basis to look over your lists and check everything twice. You might even have a few etiquette questions that need definitive answers. In addition, you need someone to lean on as your actual wedding day approaches, including directing the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. The above-mentioned itineraries are included in this package. Dream Weddings do come true! The suggested calendar time is one to two months but this can be modified to suit your schedule.

You've always wanted to do all the planning and just don't know where to start. We can sit down together and organize your dream. After determining you budget, we will meet and discuss your desires and decide how to take action on them. Then, I'll help you find the right people so you can create your wedding day. This service consists of two meetings.

Hourly Consultation
This service includes questions and advice on issues pertaining to your wedding. When hourly services are contracted, understand that attended meetings, telephone conversations, and travel to and from events are all subject to the hourly fees. Certain functions may require additional personnel, and in these cases, additional fees will be charged. Quoted prices are subject to change without notice. After meeting with a Dream Weddings consultant and discussing your particular needs, your customized estimate will remain in effect for twenty-one days and shall remain the property of Dream Weddings. Dream Weddings does not accept commissions from any vendors. Those who are recommended are chosen because of their expertise and commitment to excellence in their professions.
